Shipping Policy
Shipping Regions:
We deliver to all addresses in Malaysia, including West Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).
Shipping Methods & Lead Time:
1. West Malaysia:
Standard shipping via courier – 3–5 business days
2. East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak):
Standard shipping via courier – 5–8 business days
3. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
4. Instant Delivery:
Available upon request. The buyer is responsible for arranging the delivery and covering all associated costs. Ideal for urgent or same-day deliveries within reachable areas.
Shipping Costs:
1. Flat rate shipping: RM10 for West Malaysia, RM15 for East Malaysia
2. Free standard shipping on orders above RM128
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Instant delivery tracking depends on the delivery arrangement.
Return & Exchange Policy
Exchanges:
1. Exchanges accepted for defective or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
2. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
3. Contact customer service to arrange an exchange; instructions will be provided.
4. Seller covers shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
5. Customers are responsible for return shipping for any other reasons.
Non-Returnable Items:
1. Items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Open coffee bean packages are not eligible for return.
No Refunds:
All sales are final. Refunds are not available for any goods sold.
